£14 drop in. £66 for a 6 class pass valid for 8 weeks. If restricted income makes it difficult to pay, you choose what you pay for the class or attend for free, no explanation needed* *NO CLASSES ON 21st Dec 28th Dec Address: Highfield Studio & Gym 59 Russet Drive St Albans AL4 0DB An evening yoga exploration progressing through traditional and contemporary postures. The Thursday class is a fluid practice linking postural movement with options for those who enjoy a more dynamic exploration. 75 minute class. Each class ends with guided relaxation / meditation. *Restricted income class rates available for those facing financial challenges. Spaces limited to two places each week. Please contact me to book your place. When you arrive in class, you are welcome to (or not) leave Dana in the Dana box. (Dana in Pali means offering)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your regular yoga class, 24hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a workshop, or yoga retreat day, 48hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a yoga retreat, please contact me for the retreat cancellation policy.
