Class Description

Yoga Gently is a 10-week online yoga course with one IN PERSON session to meet as a group. Dates for the course as follows: 7th Sept 21st Sept 28th Sept 5th Oct 12th Oct 19th Oct 26th Oct 2nd Nov 9th Nov 16th Nov Who is Yoga Gently for? Perfect for beginners to yoga, those returning to yoga after time away from the mat, those who are Pregnant or if you’re looking for a less-demanding practice, recovering from an injury or have a medical issue. This gentle yoga practice equally strengthens and stretches, increasing flexibility and repairing muscles that are in need of care. There will be no hurry to finish a sequence, it’s all about allowing yourself and your body to explore movement to encourage longevity and body, mind maintenance while stimulating blood and lymphatic flow, warming and mobilizing the joints and improving the flow of energy through the body and dissolve muscular and mental tension. INCLUDES ACCESS TO ONLINE RECORDING OF THE CLASS FOR 72 HOURS


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your regular yoga class, 24hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a workshop, or yoga retreat day, 48hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a yoga retreat, please contact me for the retreat cancellation policy.
