Beginner's Yoga The Next Steps IN PERSON CLASS Class dates: 21st May 4th June 11th June 18th June 2nd July 9th July 16th July 23rd July No class on 28th May and 25th June Beginner's Yoga The Next Steps is those who are looking to continue their fledging yoga journey, or for those in need of a ‘refresher’ / slower class. If you have completed a beginner's course and wondering which yoga class to attend or would like progress your yoga practice further. Maybe you're feeling a little rusty, then Beginner's Yoga The Next Steps is for you. With continued learning through yoga stretches, breathing practices and yoga philosophy, the Beginner's Yoga The Next Steps, is a detailed course, with explanations about the yoga we are practicing. You will have the opportunity to ask questions if you're unsure and you will be guided through the anatomy of yoga postures (asanas), sequencing, healthy individual alignment and breath techniques (pranayama) as well as meditation and relaxation techniques. In the next steps, we feel our way through a yoga class environment and explore some of the varying styles that yoga offers, while practicing at a pace that means you learn thoroughly, step by step, while addressing key points in the practice. *IF YOU CAN'T MAKE A CLASS FROM THE COURSE, YOU WILL BE OFFERED A FREE ONLINE OR IN PERSON CLASSES FOR ANY MISSED SESSIONS.
