Yoga for those affected by cancer
Perhaps you're a cancer survivor or currently receiving treatment. Yoga is associated with many positive effects on the psychological wellbeing for those who are affected by cancer.
The benefits include, helping to manage stress and sooth anxiety, enhancing digestion, circulation, improve breathing and lymphatic flow, reduce pain, gaining more range of motion. Helping with relaxation, feeling calmer, thinking more clearly and quietening the mind. Overall practicing yoga at this challenging time can improve quality of life and help you settle into your changing or changed body with comfort, acceptance and peace.
All sessions are held on a private bases either in person or online.
