4th - 11th July 2026
Yoga, meditation & qigong retreat
Join me in Turkey for a serene escape where summer days are filled with yoga, qigong, and meditation while being surrounded by nature, the sea, and a soothing rhythm to life. Nestled in a tranquil conservation area in Turkey, our retreat is perched above the Sülüngür Lagoon, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the lush Dalyan delta and the pristine sands of İztuzu Beach—home to the majestic loggerhead turtles.
Wake up to birdsong, breathe in forest air, and move with intention as you reconnect with your inner rhythm in this elevated sanctuary above the sea.

A natural wonder
Tucked away in the heart of a natural wonder, our retreat lies within the enchanting Dalyan Delta near Marmaris—where Lake Köyceğiz flows gracefully into the Mediterranean Sea. This rare ecosystem, celebrated for its untouched beauty and ancient history dating back to the 4th century BC, offers a true escape into serenity.
Surrounded by lush, opulent forests and nestled within a protected nature reserve, our retreat is a haven for wildlife and tranquility. The area is home to over 250 bird species, as well as the endangered Hawksbill and Loggerhead turtles, who nest along the pristine shores of İztuzu Beach.

The retreat centre
Our retreat is located in an elevated position in a forested conservation area overlooking the Sülüngür Lagoon with spectacular views across the

to the yoga shala which has wonderful views of the forest & nearby villages.
If you're looking for the ultimate wild swim and to tread un-tourist paths, there is a private lagoon of soft and clear brackish water that can be
reached by a 15-minute (steep-ish) walk through the pine forest. Bedrooms are traditionally Turkish in style and are all ensuite and suitable for single, double or twin. Some rooms have with balconies with forest views.
This is a unique and secluded place with unbeatable views and surrounded by quiet and peace. There is a medium sized pool and a fully equipped yoga shala and of course, delicious meals for which Turkey is renowned.

Dalyan
If you'd like to see a little more of Turkey while on retreat, I will be happy to help organise any of the following optional excursions.
All excursions are at additional costs.
Iztuzu beach
Iztuzu beach is the largest in the area at 5 kilometres long. In 1988, international and British conservationists stopped the construction of hotel facilities on the beach and the entire region is now considered a unique nature reserve.
Turtles
Iztuzu beach is home to the Sea Turtle Research Hospital and Rescue Centre which rescues and rehabilitates injured Loggerhead turtles Caretta Caretta in Turkey – the largest hard-shell turtle in the world. The beach is one of the most important nesting sites for loggerhead turtles (Caretta caretta) in the Mediterranean. Ecologists and volunteers monitor the beach during nesting season, marking nests and taking steps to prevent predation. Turles can often be seen either from boats or the beach's far-end jetti.
Landmarks
Dalyan also has several landmarks, probably the most famous are the monumental rock tombs, which the Lycians used about 2000 Years ago to bury their dead high up, close to the sky.
Mud Baths
There are also three thermal / mud baths in Dalyan. The most famous being Sultaniye, which is said to be good for rheumatic and skin diseases.
Nearby Town
Dalyan town, is a very sweet town on the river. There are plenty of unique shops, cafes and riverside restaurants, as well as shops to by the most divine cake and Baklava. You can pass the time in a book cafe, browse a local market, sit on the river daydreaming or enjoy a mix of hand crafted off good or buy a fake fendi!!
Boat Trip
There is the option to take a boat trip mid week, We spend a day sailing with nature, over rivers, the open sea, conversation areas, vast beaches , small coves and very, very turquoise waters.
Dalyan is a stunning part of Turkey which has a dear place in my heart.
It's a natural area of beauty and offers a relaxed simple, laidback, and welcoming friendly vibe.
